Anita's quilts and quilting

A professional longarm machine quilter for hire and some of the work I've done.

Quilt finish

So here’s the next finished quilt. Its a University of Kentucky quilt.  The owner only asked for paw prints on it someplace.  The rest was up to me.

The  owner wanted the top centered over the blue of the back.  No problem.

The wild cat blue areas got the paw prints.

The inside borders got pacing lines.  Some might call that a basket weave design.

On the pieced blocks I did the pacing lines as well.

Time to get busy on the next one.  It’s the time of year when we rush, rush, rush.  Thankfully this year I’m not working sixteen hour days and my health is much better than years past.  Hmm…. I might have time to finish a couple of PIGS (projects in grocery sacks) before the end of the year.
