I finally have a quilt finish to show. I have a lot of muscle pain in my arm which has caused me to be extra slow with my work. I have an appointment with the doctor this week. Hopefully I’ll find out what the problem is and get it fixed or under control so it doesn’t hurt everytime I move my arm.
This is Jeanine’s quilt. A Christmas theme modern quilt.
A Christmas quilt needs snowflakes don’t you think? Really big snowflakes.
Ok snowflakes need wind to blow them all around the place. All around the Christmas trees too.
Now what else can we find blowing in a winter wind? Lost mittens of course.
Well there is holly leaves floating around on the wind too.
And what is this? Oh yes, it’s a Christmas tree seen from the back.
The quilt is wrapped, boxed, labeled and ready to start it’s journey home. I missed the mail-lady so I’ll take them to the post office myself.
Beautiful!
Thank you. I hope it was worth the wait.
Great as always. I’m so glad we’ve gotten to be long distance friends. My niece will love this.
Hope your arm is better.
The nurse practitioner said I need to “drink more water” and I’ll be fine. Yeah, right. Water cures all aches and pains doesn’t it. I’m in the process of looking for a new doctor or at least a better educated NP.
